Online showroom for Mercedes Benz and Smart Cars

Rokk were asked by Mercedes-Benz South West to design and develop two websites to showcase their retail businesses targeting private and company vehicle sales and after-sales customers across the region.

The challenge

Mercedes-Benz South West (MBSW) is a family-owned franchise with four locations - Truro, Taunton, Exeter and Plymouth. They sell new and used Mercedes Benz & AMG models plus new and used Smart cars. MBSW’s key objectives for the new websites were brand awareness, lead generation and customer service.

Our solution

Our solution was to create a Mercedes-Benz and AMG website and a Smart Car website that were both easy to navigate when researching vehicle specifications, contacting MBSW and booking vehicle demonstrations. The sites were given a modern and fresh design in line with Mercedes-Benz and Smart Car brand guidelines.

The results

The MBSW Group Mercedes-Benz and Smart websites went live in 2017. Rokk is continuing to work closely with MBSW on further development of their online showrooms for both brands.
