Digital presence for a well-known hotel group

The challenge

Richardson Hotels were looking to launch a new look website for their prestigious group of hotels across Devon and Cornwall. A key challenge was making sure that founder Keith Richardson’s love of beautiful hotel architecture was reflected in the design of the website and respectfully presented the classic beauty of the hotels in a fresh and contemporary manner.

Our solution

The Rokk team defined sound customer journeys that would form the basis of efficient and enjoyable navigation through the website to information and bookings. By leveraging the hotel group’s fantastic library of photography, we were able to make visitor journeys through the site much more engaging.

The results

Since the Richardson Hotels website launch in 2013 bookings increased and Rokk’s ongoing optimisation including digital marketing efforts further improved performance.

It was time for a change- not only did we want to ensure that users could access the site on different devices, but we wanted to appeal to a broader market and bring our brand up to date.
