Online presence for investigation and discovery company

SIRS Europe are one of the few ISO27001 approved investigation and discovery companies in the UK and required a new website to improve their digital marketing efforts.

The challenge

SIRS Europe realised that their potential customers were struggling to use their website, due to an outdated design and lack of mobile optimisation, leading to a lack of customer leads via the website.

Our solution

Our solution was to fully redesign the website in order to bring SIRS online presence up to date using best practice design and development techniques.

We opted for a clean, professional design with subtle animations that gives much more prominence to their services via call-to-actions that encourage further reading or easy access to SIRS Europe contact details and simple to use contact form to encourage completion and contribute towards increasing the number of leads SIRS receive via their website.

Ensuring the site was fully responsive on mobile devices was one of the main priorities, as their old website did not provide an optimum customer experience when viewed on a mobile or tablet.

The results

The new SIRS website launched in early 2019 and was very positively received by both their employees and their customer base.
