Rokk's in-house client support and maintenance service is called ‘RokkCare’, an after-care support package for any project we develop for you - whether software, web or mobile application. We can also provide RokkCare even if we didn't develop the original solution, subject to analysis of the code and your requirements. We also have a comprehensive selection of hosting packages via our RokkHost service.

Support and maintenance should be considered a necessary part of any project. Technology doesn't stand still and with new updates to operating systems at least yearly, not to mention the potential threat of security breaches for third party plugins, knowing we are there to support you and keep your investment updated is more than peace of mind - it can be business critical.

What is included in RokkCare?

We offer a range of support and maintenance service levels, - Bronze to Platinum, and can tailor a service to your requirements. Our 12 month RokkCare contracts are equivalent to a few hours a month which differs across the range of service levels.

The areas where we would support your business website or web application would include:

  • Content management system updates
  • Plugin updates
  • Bug and error fixing
  • Minor development work
  • Telephone and ticketing system support (Mon - Fri; 9am - 5:30pm)
  • Monthly review and support report; this details the work completed during the previous month.
